The art of crafting wooden toys has been passed down from generation to generation. Chennapatna, a tiny little town in India, is one such place where artisans and craftsmen fashion beautiful toys from wood, and painstakingly lacquer them with bright colors. For many many years, this tradition has been passed down from family to family, and till today, one can find these very unique wooden toys for sale in small stores which dot the main highway which passes through this town.
