The Toy Of The Year awards are announced every year at the American International Toy Fair. There are multiple categories for the awards, and one winner is chosen among the finalists for the Toy Of The Year in that category.
The finalists for the Best Educational Toy of the Year 2006 have been announced. This year, only 4 finalists have been decided. They include the FLY Pentop Computer, a very unique invention indeed, the Leapster L-Max Learning Game System, Vtech's Nitro Notebook and another offering from VTech, the V.Smile Pocket Learning System.
