Here's a look at the beautiful new "Barbie in the 12 Dancing Princesses" line from Mattel - featuring none other than Barbie as the seventh sister of 12 beautiful princesses who live with their lovable father, the King, in a dance-filled castle. "Barbie in the 12 Dancing Princesses" is the 6th full length, direct-to-DVD princess story. In this enchanting musical tale, Barbie partners with the New York City Ballet. The ballet moves in the movie are choreographed by the New York City Ballet's Master in Chief Peter Martins and performed by the ballet company's prima ballerinas. 
The line of toys from "Barbie in the 12 Dancing Princesses" features a full line of dolls of each of the characters. Dolls are based on the characters Princess Genevieve, Prince Derek, and each of Barbie's 12 sisters in the movie - both younger and older sisters. The "Barbie in the 12 Dancing Princesses" toy line also includes a wonderful horse and carriage set which is roomy enough for 12, a beautiful vanity and plush toys like the Twyla Ballerina plush kitten.

The dolls are amazing and very cute, but the pictures isn’t alike to the dolls in reality, things like their legs, shoes and growns are different? Why is that so? Is the pictures just showing protypes of the dolls?
