Now, Naruto fans in North America have a reason to be excited about - the first role playing Naruto game is being released in the fall of 2007. The role playing game from Tomy Corporation and D3PA is titled "NARUTO - Path of the Ninja", and is exclusively designed for the Nintendo DS.
According to the press release, the Naruto game will be based on VIZ Media's anime series "Shonen Jump Naruto". The Naruto game itself will feature a unique time-based combat system in which the players will have to find out what each character's strengths are, and use those strengths to battle the enemy. There will be 6 characters in the Naruto game which players can choose from. Players can expect to travel and explore the world of Naruto while encountering bosses and defeating enemies along the way. Sounds pretty exciting, doesn't it!
