Imaginarium Wooden Coloring Case RecallParents, please be informed that Toys 'R Us has recalled approximately 27,000 units of the Imaginarium brand wooden coloring cases. According to the CPSC, the reason for the recall is that the printed ink on the outside packaging of the case contains lead. Also, the included black water color paint contains levels of lead which exceed the federal standard for lead content.

The Imaginarium wooden coloring case contains crayons, pastels, colored pencils, fiber pens, paintbrush, a pencil, water colors, a palette, white paint, a ruler and a pencil sharpener enclosed inside a wooden carrying case. The units were sold in Toys "R" Us stores nationwide from October 2006 to August 2007 for around $20. If you own this product, please return it to the nearest Toys "R" Us for store credit. For more information on the Imaginarium Wooden Coloring Case recall, please visit the CPSC website.
