When you make children's products, you have to be extra vigilant that there is absolutely NO room for error. In the case of a doll stroller sold by Pottery Barn Kids, poor design led to a rather horrible incident featuring a 2 year old boy. There's a rectangular metal clip and a black plastic side hinge on the stroller which can entrap a child's finger. Unfortunately, the little boy's finger got trapped, and was almost partially severed. Pottery Barn Kids has also received three other reports of serious injuries from this stroller. Parents, if you own this doll stroller made by Lan Enterprises, and sold by Pottery Barn Kids from October 2005 through June 2007, please take it away from your kids and get a free repair kit from Pottery Barn Kids immediately.
