Scare Me Nots (Compare Prices) are another parent-invented toy that arose out of necessity. These clever creatures have names like "Watchdog Wally" and "Guardian Gus" and a pretty brilliant design. Their tails hook to doorknobs, closet bars or bedposts with Velcro and they hang upside down to scare the monsters away!
Watchdog Wally (pictured) is a three-eyed dog with a nose made out of your kid's doorknob. Love that.
Their funny, funky designs are really cute, particularly when they're dangling upside down, peeking under a child's bed. This is a great idea if you have kids who are afraid of the dark!
