The CPSC has announced a toy recall of 137,000 pieces of toy jewelry sold at Justice and Limited Too stores because high levels of the poisonous element cadmium were found in the jewelry. Jewelry that contains cadmium is dangerous because children frequently put the metal in their mouths and cadmium can cause serious health problems if ingested.
