Bravo Sports recalls trampolines - 247 reports of the recalled trampoline safety rails breakingBravo Sports and the CPSC have recalled Airzone and Variflex trampoline toys because Bravo Sports has received 247 reports of the top rails bending or breaking during normal use. Four injuries have been reported.

It sounds like the trampolines' safety rails break when they were assembled incorrectly. Parents should immediately prevent children from playing with the recalled trampolines and contact the company for revised assembly instructions. The company will also teach parents how to inspect the trampoline rails for damage. They will replace safety rails damaged by incorrect assembly.

The recall affects 160,000 trampoline toys that are available in blue, yellow and red.

It is illegal to resell or attempt to resell a recalled toy.Visit the CPSC website to see all of the recall toy pictures, to read more information about this recall and to sign up for free email alerts for future toy recalls.
