A new series of Lego sets and creations explores the world of Ninjago and introduces a new battling game in the style of Beyblade.
Lego Ninjago (compare prices) takes kids (and grown-ups too!) to a world where Lord Garmadon is trying to collect the four Golden Weapons of Spinjitzu in an attempt to dominate the world. He and his crew, the Skeletons (the bad guys), are constantly battling the Ninjas (the good guys!), including Sensei Wu, Cole, Jay, Kai, Nya and Zane.
Play sets include a dojo, a trading outpost, a skull motorbike and eventually, dozens more. While building the pieces are a big part of play, Lego Ninjago also focuses on a battling game called Spinjitzu where opponents (Lego Minifigures) spin, and try to defeat their enemy by knocking their weapons out of their hands. Kids can also collect and trade cards.
The new sets are the latest offering from the company who introduced the first Lego bricks in 1949.
