New Miracle-Gro Kids Kits Let Them Get Their Hands Dirty

Follow me on:

I have yet to meet a child who doesn't like to play in the dirt. Now you can take advantage of this attraction to all things muddy with new Miracle-Gro Kids Kits (manufacturer's site) from Peachtree Playthings.

Choose between flower and vegetable gardens. The kits include everything you and your little one need to get started, including a Miracle-Gro "gro mix" that changes colors when it needs to be watered. You should start to see sprouts in about two weeks.

Kids and gardening are actually a natural match. There are lots of wonderful lessons you can teach your little one as you work together, side by side, to grow something new.

The kits are appropriate for children ages 5 and up. They are available now in Wal-Mart and will be in Toys "R" Us later this spring. The price ranges depending upon the product.

Have you ever tried gardening with your kids?
