Want to add a touch of whimsy to your sidewalk? Two new products from Crayola let kids explore their creative side, outside.
With Glow Chalk (compare prices), kids can create glow-in-the-dark outdoor art that lasts up to four hours and extends their outside playtime. Using colored chalk powder, the special "glow activator" and water, your little ones can make their own chalk. Once it's ready (in about 30 minutes), they can get coloring. And when the fun is done, leave their creation or, wash it away with water. Great for kids ages six and up, it retails for about $10.

Sidewalk Tattoos (compare prices) work similar to a stencil. After placing the tattoo on the sidewalk or other hard outdoor surface and rubbing it in, they are presented with a detailed outline that they can color in with sidewalk chalk or paint. Like the Glow Chalk, the tattoos wash away with water and are great for kids ages six and up. They retail for about $10.
