Puzzles such as finding shapes in ink blots, and creating shapes out of clouds are charming. A popular theme that is repeated often is "Round And Round" as in Merry-Go-Round Toys, and colored circles moving round and round. There are lots of colors moving rapidly on the screen, merging into each other.
At some points the dvd gets boring with too many abstract colors with nothing constructive happening. On the other hand, there are interesting parts where colors are smeared with a paintbrush, or shapes are etched out. There could have been more emphasis on actual drawing and coloring instead of spending so much time on abstract colors moving around. The background score consists of classical music from composers like Debussy, Chopin, and Tchaikovsky. The Educational Video / DVD is a little too long though, and does not hold baby's attention as well as Laugh and Learn and Peek-A-Boo.
Overall, this Brainy Baby Educational Video / DVD which targets the right brain development of babies is a decent buy, which will keep your child occupied while providing entertainment too.
