The longest running comic book series in history, Fantastic Four makes it to the big screen this year. The upcoming movie has triggered off a series of Fantastic Four Action Figures, mostly targeted towards the kids. All four members of the Fantastic Four — and the villainous Mole Man — will be part of this line, inspired by the cover to the Lee/Kirby 1961 classic, Fantastic Four #1. As an added bonus, each statue in the line will ship with a piece of the Mole Man’s subterranean monster. Sue Storm can be removed from her base and placed in the Mole Monster’s hand, but can also be displayed alone! Sculpted by Jeff Feligno, the Invisible Woman is limited to 2,500 pieces worldwide.
This detailed 1:1 scale bust was sculpted by Spectral Motion's Chet Zar. At the core of this sculpture lies the heart and soul of Ben Grimm's true alter ego, the undisputed king of comics, Jack Kirby. With his trademark sneer, sideways glance and a brow ridge you could land a passenger plane on, this dynamic life-sized bust seems to have burst right out of the pages of the classic Marvel comic book.
Standing roughly 16-inches tall, this 1:4 Scale Maquette is based on the Fantastic Four movie. This detailed and lifelike solid polystone maquette was used as the control design model for the fabrication and sculpture for the full sized suit seen in the film. Spectral Motion and Sideshow are proud to offer an authentic sculpture from the pre-production design phase of the Fantastic Four film to the collector.
