Indiana Jones is an icon indeed. Everyone is looking forward to the new Indiana Jones movie, The Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, to be released this year. In tune with the movie, Hasbro has come out with some great Indiana Jones toys. The new Indiana Jones toys include the iconic Indy whip, a sword and a cool playset among others. Take a look at the Indiana Jones toys to be released this year.

1. Indiana Jones Taters of the Lost Ark

Mr Potato Head Taters of the Lost Ark is adorable in his new role as Indiana Jones! He is outfitted in a "leather" jacket and carries a whip just like Indy. Of course, how can we forget the fedora! What I found especially cool is that the hat plays a tune - the Raider's March, when put on top of Mr Potato Head.

2. Indiana Jones Toys - The Lost Temple of Akator playset

The Lost Temple of Akator playset is an ideal pretend play setting for your kids to re-enact the scenes seen in the Indiana Jones movie, the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull. The playset is not as straightforward as it seems. It is full of hidden traps and hazards. Kids will love moving their Indiana Jones action figures through the playset, dodging boulders and avoiding the quicksand. There are 2 action figures included, the Indiana Jones action figure and the Ugha warrior action figure.

3. Indiana Jones Toys - Indiana Jones Sound FX Whip

Kids will love to pretend they are Indiana Jones, especially after watching the movie. The Indiana Jones Sound FX Whip promises lots of fun and excitement with the added sound effects it has. The whip makes realistic cracking sounds when moved and also plays the theme from the Raiders of the Lost Ark.

4. Indiana Jones - Mutt Williams Sound FX Sword

This sword is carried by Indiana Jones' sidekick, Mutt Williams who appears in the new Indiana Jones movie. The pretend play sword has 2 additional pretend knives which are concealed within the sword. Pretend play becomes more fun with added sound effects.
