Curiosity Kits - Wrap It Up Treasure Box:
This Curiosity Kits treasure box from Action Products is an easy to do craft kit that kids will enjoy. It's fairly simple and the end result is a pleasant looking jewellery chest in pink and mauve which kids can actually use.
What it includes:
The kit is very basic, and includes a metal frame on which the layers of tulle have to be wrapped around. The lid of the box is to be wrapped in mauve and the body of the box is in pink. A few decorations are included to make the finished box prettier.
What I liked:
This kid's craft is easy to do and the end result is fairly pleasing. Making the box takes a fair amount of time, which is good as it keeps the kids occupied. The box can be used for storing jewellery or knick knacks later on. It also makes a good gift for a grandparent.
What could have been better:
The frame could have been sturdier, as I found the welding of one of the corners came off. The base of the box isn't too sturdy, and a gap is created at the sides. The decorations need to be improved.
