Guide Review - Banzai Crocodile Isle Adventure Pool
The Banzai Crocodile Isle Adventure Pool is an inflatable backyard pool with two spraying water features. It sells for around $50 but the plastic feels about as sturdy as a beach ball. It did hold up to several kids playing in it but I wouldn't bank on it lasting the summer. Banzai offers a 30-day replacement policy if you ship them the broken pool with the receipt, but I'd hesitate to spend that much money on an inflatable pool.
The volcano water feature is a dramatic sprinkler. It really blasts water high and sprays way beyond the sides of the pool. The crocodile feature never worked for me, though I inflated it as much as I could. The jaws are supposed to stay upright and spray out, but it flopped down and sprayed underneath, where the kids couldn't see it.
I was thankful to have an air pump at the ready. It took about 20 minutes to inflate the pool with the pump. I can't even imagine doing it by mouth. That would take forever and be quite a chore.
