Inflatable snow tubes, like this one from Sportstuff, can be found in many stores, including big box stores, discount stores, hardware stores and sporting good stores. Snow tubes inflate easily with air and are lightweight for children to carry. Simply walk to the top of the hill, grip the handles and slide away!

Children and adults ages 6-106 sit feet-first on this outdoor snow luge. The Zipfy boasts high speed with maneuverability. The Zipfy comes in a variety of colors such as black, blue, green, red, purple, orange, and yellow. The weight limit is 250 lbs.

These connectible sleds come in small and large sizes. The sleds are able to connect either on the side or from front and back, allowing multiple children to ride together. Large sleds can also connect to small sleds.

Recommended for kids ages 4-6, this is an outdoor ice rink for the yard. The sides are inflated, then the rink is filled with water. In the cold weather the water will freeze to make the ice surface. There are two rink sizes available for purchase, either 10 feet or 12 feet. The manufacturer states that two children may be able to skate together in the same space.

There are several different varieties of children's snowshoes available by different companies. However, this pair, specifically from L.L. Bean, is recommended for kids 25 - 60 lbs. These kids snowshoes have an Easy Fit binding that allows children to take their own snowshoes on and off, even while wearing mittens.
