Guide Review - Toy Review: Toy Car Drives Up Walls

The Air Hogs Zero Gravity Micro remote-control car toys are cool little toy vehicles that travel up walls and across ceilings. Just flip a switch to "wall mode" and place it on the wall. A light flashlight works easily with the pull of a trigger and the car follows the red beam all around. There is no complicated accelerator or steering buttons, so it is good for little kids.

This is a really fun toy in the dark, where it's easy to see the red beam, the RC car follows really well and the headlights actually work. The remote-control car works better when the light is concentrated, when the room is dark or when the controller is pointed straight at the wall from just a few feet away.

A noisy fan forms suction to keep the car up on the wall. When it's in "ground mode" it is slightly less loud but I still wouldn't call it a quiet toy.

The car cannot travel across corners so it won't cross from the wall to the ceiling. If you want it to run on the ceiling you'll have to climb up there to affix it to the wall. It also can't change walls unless you pick it up and move it manually.

A small cable is hidden in a secret compartment in the laser gun. Just attach the car to recharge it.
