Fisher Price View-Master : A Toy With A Mission

The Fisher-Price 3D View Master is increasingly (and surprisingly) being used by businesses for promotion purposes. They customize a View Master reel or two, package it up and send it to the respective clients.
What is a View Master? For those of you unfamiliar with the classic View Master, it is simply a viewing device into which you insert View Master reels and look at them in 3D through the viewer provided. It is like a slide show in 3D.
Back to the original point, the View Master is increasingly being used as a marketing tool. In a way it makes sense, since not many people will be able to resist the urge of picking up a View Master and peeking into it to see whats on the reel! It sure works better than a whole pile of flyers and postcards stuffed into an envelope.
Well, it sure is an interesting and unique way to use a toy!
