LM Import & Export Recalls Toy Cars Due to Violation of Lead Paint Standard

LM Import and Export toy car recallLM Import & Export toy car recall.1,900 toy cars sold at Mega Wholesale stores through Miami, FL from September 2010 through January 2011 are being recalled by LM Import & Export due to a violation of the lead paint standard. Surface paint on the toy cars exceeds the lead paint standard, by including excessive levels of lead. The products were sold in packages of 4 or 6 toy cars. The cars are painted in silver, blue or black with red stickers that state "super," "max," and "racing"  on the top and sides of the cars. The cars were sold for $2 or$3. The 4" plastic car sets include the numbers "43835" and "43836" on the white label on the back of the packaging. "Gallop X" or "RACING CARS" is also printed on the packaging. Consumers should take these toys away from their children, and for a full refund, return them to the store.
