The LeapPad 2 is a unique tablet toy, created for kids ages 4-9. Through various apps and cartridges purchased separately and downloaded online, kids can experience touch screen technology, while taking pictures/videos, and playing games with educationally based software featuring characters from their favorite television shows and Disney themed movies.
The LeapPad2 replaced the first generation LeapPad, and includes a faster processor as well as an additional video camera. This is one of the most popular toys of the holiday season, and subsequently one of the best kids gifts for 2012.
