Bratz Fashion Stylistz Dolls

The Bratz Fashion Stylistz Doll line continues to fascinate little girls and Bratz fans everywhere. In recent years, the Bratz has made it's presence felt in dolldom, and has even ursurped Barbie's throne as the queen of all dolls. However, Bratz lays a strong emphasis on personal appearance, which has not gone down well with many parents. Whatever the case may be, the Bratz has a huge fan following which seems to be getting bigger every day.

This particular line, the Bratz Fashion Stylist Doll Assortment, is themed around three different styling professions. There are three dolls who are either nail, hair, or make-up stylists. They come complete with real make-up including lip gloss and body shimmer powder, real nail polish, cuticle sticks, hand lotion, nail files, real hair color streaker and glitter. These accessories can be worn around a belt that comes with each of the dolls.

While these dolls are certainly different and glamorous looking, they do have a negative side which should be given serious thought to before you go ahead and buy the dolls.

Pretend play is a good thing - I encourage pretend play in children, it helps to develop their imaginations. However, pretend play is just that - "pretend" is the key word. But when doll makers start to include real makeup, real nail polish and even real hair streaker(!), with the dolls, it certainly triggers off some alarm bells!

If you have no problems with your kids using real makeup at such a young age, then you'll probably end up liking these reasonably priced Bratz Fashion Stylistz Dolls from MGA Entertainment.
